退款政策

Return and Refund Policy

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).

1. General Policy (Change of Mind)

We strive for your complete satisfaction. However, under Singapore law, we are not legally obligated to accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind, purchased the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

All sales are considered final unless the product is defective or non-conforming to the contract.


2. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods (The Lemon Law)

If the products you receive are defective, damaged, or do not conform to their description (e.g., wrong flavour, expired product, damaged can/bottle), you are protected under the CPFTA.

Procedure for Defective Goods:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: WhatsApp us with your Order Number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.

  2. Assessment: We will review your claim and arrange for the return of the defective item at our cost.

  3. Resolution: We will, at our discretion, first attempt to send a replacement of the same product. If a replacement is not available or if providing one would cause you significant inconvenience, a full refund will be processed.


3. Non-Returnable Items (Due to Nature of Product)

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect (Section 2 applies):

  • Any beverage that has been opened or partially consumed.

  • Perishable goods (which includes all drinks after their expiry date).

  • Any product that is returned without its original packaging or has been intentionally damaged by the customer.

  • Items sold as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or where the defect was clearly stated in the product description before purchase.


4. Refunds (When Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, and a refund is deemed appropriate (e.g., due to a confirmed defect or non-delivery), we will send you an email notification.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have NOT yet been processed or shipped.

  • Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Live Chat within 1 hour of placing your order to request a cancellation.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel, and it will be treated as a final sale (Section 1).
